Need advice on starting out with Sustanon right from the star. Medichecks - The stress free, speedy way to get a comprehensive, accurate insight into your health. Our tests include Sports Hormone checks, testosterone, iron status, cholesterol and more. Essentials Only Full Version. Beginner to working out. In my opinion I think it's more of a commitment and love for what you do at the gym.
If you don't already enjoy working out and eating right, this will be a temporary fix for you. So the times you are working out, you're on cycle and you "look good" cause you're all bloated.
But then you come off cycle, and deflate, loosing all that water weight you put on in the mean time because it's highly unlikely you'll maintain the calories needed to sustain your weight gain. When you come off, you feel lethargic, unable to eat, sexually uninterested, lets just say life slows down a bit from the way it was physically.
Not only that, this temporary weight gain will be limited quality muscle gains, if any. This is a life style. If you just want that quick fix, sure you might achieve something from it.
But it won't be sustainable, and you will not continue to workout and dedicate yourself to it from a cycle. Should you decide that the life of constant juice is for you, you really don't know how big of a decision that is. I'm afraid it gonna have to geta bit of training under your belt or you will just hurt yourself.
First few months if training is simply to get the body used to training. The brain switches off some of the connections to the muscles when it dosent use them for a period of time. So the first few months of training reasserts these connections which is why you make such good progress at first. Chuck gear at yourself without being used to training at your own risk tbh mate, you will end up trying to lift something your body just isn't ready for and you will hurt yourself.
I'd never dream of doing it, nor recommending anyone to do it. Unfortunately I don't think u will get what your looking for anyway, sure u will feel stronger and be allot more Horney but physiologically it will still take some time before you will see results like striated muscle etc. U will put on some size through water retention I should think but I don't think that's what ur looking for. That's just IMO mate, do what u gotta do but it takes years to get big and it looks like u just haven't got the patience.
Its not completely a 'lifestyle', and you can do a cycle that will not add water weight, and you can minimise the side effects so as to make the recovery rather easy. It isn't that dramatic coming off aas if done properly.
And if you do it right, you can keep a good deal of your gains and working out naturally certainly is a pleasure. Also, completely agree with Minger. The difference between you and me though, is that I've been in the gym lifting hard since I was 15 and played competitive Rugby until I was If you jump on the gear with a body not used to working out or the gym you could easily blow something out, or build your body all wonky because you don't have a proper routine.
Do you know the difference between compound and isolation movements for instance? I think you should at least, as Minger says, build up a routine and get your body used to working out, give it at least months mate. Keep motivated by research and planning your cycle, and do research on exercises etc.
FeuerFrei75 Sus is too 'aggressive' for you Sust IS test too. Yet you often suggest prop over test e? It is thought that prop is a bigger risk for a fever response than longer esters. That said, in reality "sust flu" is only a term, and actually can apply to any form of test, although flu-like symptoms are fairly rare anyway! Only the release rates. The release rate of sust is designed to mimic that of a long acting depot, in essence very similar to that of enanthate or cyp.
Agree with Partyboy test is test. You don't have good test or bad test just release times. I would wait for a few months, learn how to eat , train , and rest before putting meds inside you that you really don't know much about. Do loads of research and look at the up's and down's off being on and off. I don't know, but I would rather have on type of ester for a first time cycle, than four different types. Test is test, but obviously they engineered the ester chains shorter or longer for a reason FeuerFrei75 I don't know, but I would rather have on type of ester for a first time cycle, than four different types.
They will respond as per a long estered test, as essentially this is the aim of sustanon. FeuerFrei75 and the way the test is released in sust obviously makes it a more aggressive and maintained test versus test e You're looking for something that isn't there.
What are you talking about "obviously makes it more aggressive"? If that were the case then why was it designed primarily for the testosterone replacement therapy market? Do you think a doc would prescribe something that is more "aggressive" than another form? They bothered in the first place because they were trying to facilitate a more uniformed rate of release for the TRT market remember. A more steady rate of release actually would make it less "aggressive" as hormone fluctuations would be reduced.
But, you know best Without a positive attitude, learning how and what your body responds too,the only thing your going to do is fail epically and probably injure yourself into the bargain. Yeah, and what dose do you think a physician is going to prescribe of Sustanon a week, mg? I suppose you get a bunch of big guys on steroids there are bound to be a few disagreements I've never heard of somebody doing sust for a first cycle, and I've heard plenty of guys says that its a btch for sides compared to simply test e or p Side effects of sustanon is diff for everyone , if your gonna be a hardass about it and your not gonna listen!
Then atleast pick something els then sustanon for your first cycle. The least you can do then is do a decent AI and a good pct before you one day wake up with a nice set of perky titais! Flagged as Spam 1. If you think a noob is fine pumping in mg of sust versus mg of test e, not problem. But I just thought that if a test was designed to work longer and more efficiently, then you could say that its a bit more aggressive than say test e.
But I'll just crawl back into my hole of stupidity. So sorry for posting this in the first place and having to endure the wrath of your unstoppable aas wisdom! Need advice on starting out with Sustanon right from the star My name is Jon, im 34yrs old, 5'11" lbs, dont currently workout, not on a diet, have worked out in the past but not long, a month here, off for several months, then another month, and that was it.
Id like to start and stick to it I want instant gratification, I dont want to wait 2yrs to see " minimal to moderate " results, that is what has continued to be my discouragement. So, I was thinking of starting out with a cycle of sustanon , PCT , a proper diet and routine specific to being on cycle Can a total beginner pull this off?
I know most guys will say "work out for a couple of years" Thanks, Jon 1 85 Replies Related Threads. Minger Pro-Member Total Posts: PartyBoy Moderator Total Posts: The Lakes, UK Status: In a lab Status:
