Rollback Post to Revision RollBack. Thing is, the lands phase out on your turn, which means it phases back in for theirs, so alone it does very little. It is brutal with Stasis though, as you lock them out permanently. The biggest thing on the lands is probably taking out their untapped lands especially blue providers to take out counterspell options.
Plus you could take down maze effects if you dont already have shroud for zur for some reason. It could be decent. Take out blockers as well. Signature by Inkfox Aesthetics by Xen. Turtles all the way down. If you want Phasing in Zur, I'd probably rather have Teferi's Veil , or even better Vanishing as ways to make Zur practically un-killable. Vanishing especially, that just makes him insanely hard to remove.
The only format where you're going to see someone put 5 token copies of Spellskite into play. Equipoise's purpose seems to me to mostly be about punching the person on your right in the gonads. Having them lose a few lands is not really all that useful, most it would do is force them do do their instant-speed stuff during your upkeep.
It could make them lose valuable blockers and utility artifacts, and I especially like how I can choose them but they don't target for trolling people with their shroudy permanents. But again, it loses a lot of value if the player I need to muss up is to my left and not my right. I feel I could win a few beers by betting on this if I wanted to. Japan International Gamers Guild:
