Didn't it explain meal options? Did you read the book? Meal frequency isn't so important. Quantity and quality of food is. And why are you eating raw eggs? You can cook your eggs in coconut oil. Add an apple with the organic peanut butter or some veggies with olive oil and balsamic vinegar for lunch with the hamburger patties. Put a lot of olive oil on your can of tuna and eat some fruit or veggies with it. And you forgot to eat dinner.
Or you can try Intermittent Fasting. This is my typical workout day: Breakfast - nothing Lunch - nothing Mid-afternoon snack - nothing 5pm - pieces of fruit, glass of whole milk 6: No need to worry about where to find food, or turning to Oreo's for fat, which is ridiculous. On workout days I get slightly more calories from carbs than fat. On non-workout days fat and protein make up the bulk of my calories.
I get between g of protein a day, towards the lower end if I don't have a shake. I don't really count calories anymore. If I'm still hungry I eat more, if not, I eat less. I eat a lot of fruit and veggies, especially as a snack. Every meal is based around protein, with varying amounts of fat and carbs depending on if it's a workout day. You need to get enough calories from fat to spare muscle tissue and positively influence hormone levels. Here's a quick sample for a "busy commuter". Breakfast- 6 egg omelette with some cheese, spinach, mushrooms, and onions, 3 slices bacon. Also could be tuna salad with lots of mayo. I thought the whole point of this diet was to eat good shit like this.
